"My last haircut was in Orlando back 8 MONTHS ago. Yes, 8 months. I waited 8 months because the last stylist traumatized me. I asked for a trim of one (1) inch and she chopped off over 3 inches and gave me lots & lots of layer. My hair looked like a poofy version of Jennifer Aniston's do back in the Friends day.
So, when I moved to the DMV area, I was anxious about trying a new stylist. I researched & researched and took the plunge and booked an appointment with Touria at Tracy & Company.
I have thick & long hair and most stylists complain right off the bat,which is not reassuring. I get it. It's hair. Instead, Touria smiled, listened to my trauma/horror story, make some recommendations, and got to work. She washed, cut, styled & blow dried my hair in 52 minutes. That is a record.
